Steps to join our school community
Application Process
We welcome applications throughout the year, subject to availability. Our admissions process is designed to ensure that BIS is the right fit for your child and family.
Step 1: Submit Application
Complete and submit the registration form with required documents including birth certificate, passport photos, previous school records, and immunization records.
Step 2: Assessment
Student evaluation/assessment will be conducted to determine appropriate year level and identify any learning support needs.
Step 3: Interview
Interview with the Director and/or Pedagogical Director to discuss your child's educational background and your family's expectations.
Step 4: Decision
Admission decision will be communicated within 14 working days. Upon acceptance, enrollment documents and fee payment information will be provided.

- Completed registration form
- Copy of student's birth certificate
- Copy of student's passport or ID
- Recent passport-size photographs (2)
- Previous school reports (last 2 years)
- Immunization records
- Copy of parents'/guardians' IDs or passports
